You may be eligible for either one of the 360 Industrial Services or Automotive Industry benefits if you meet one of these criteria:you work in a service-related job, you’re self-employed, and you have a valid business licence.
The benefits apply for your whole lifetime.
You can also claim the 360 Industry, 360 Industrial Service and 360 Industrial Work schemes if you have more than 100 hours of experience in a relevant service industry.
If you’re an unemployed person, you can also apply for the 360 Community Work and Care scheme.
You may also qualify for the Lifetime Income Supplement if you are earning between £22,000 and £60,000 per year.
There are many different ways to claim for the benefits.
The easiest way is to apply online.
If your business or business partner applies for the scheme, they’ll be able to claim their personal details and their details will be forwarded to the relevant department.
They’ll also be able access your tax and benefit details.
You should check your own tax details, as you won’t be able change them on the scheme’s website.
You’ll also need to apply to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to claim the scheme.
You’ll be given an email with your details and a link to the application form.
Follow the instructions and your details will arrive within two weeks.
If the DWP rejects your application, you’ll need to contact them and ask for a reconsideration.
If there’s any delay, you may need to go to the local Jobcentre Plus branch to get an appointment to re-apply.
